Thank you for injecting some nuance into my comments about the fate of LJ! I don't really do social emailling any more, with the exception of one or two friends who don't use messaging apps. But yeah, even back then a lot of my posts started out life as emails!
I did go back and check my old LJ friends page out of interest, but there were only two posts on it. I guess no-one else has posted anything lately.
